Great picnic finger food!
Mix 1 block of cream cheese with a few "shakes" of M. Dash Table Blend. Spread onto Brenton crackers (or another sturdy, large round cracker) Top with a slice of cucumber & sprinkle with dill weed. Will not keep in the refrigerator...as the cracker will become soft.
This one is quick, simple & ALWAYS a hit!
Enjoy!

Anything with dill and cucumber is a winner in my book!
I have a recipe for a dill dressing we put on our cucumber coins:
(Adjust the amounts to suit how many cucumbers you have) This one isn't rocket science or Culinary Institute difficult at all! (if you know me, you know I do NOT like to cook, so easy is my friend!)
Here's an approximate amount for 1 large cuke:
1/8 cup of olive oil
1/8 cup of cider vinegar
3-4 big dollops of mayo
2-3 tablespoons sugar or substitute Splenda
1-2 tsps. McCormick's "It's a Dilly" spice
Whisk it all together until it's nice and creamy
Pour over sliced cuke coins and about 1/4 cup sliced red onions
Will try yours, Michelle!
