Thank you Stocking Patterns 2021

The trees have let go of nearly all of their leaves~

Our first snow of the season was beautiful!

It's Thanksgiving~

My heart is grateful for your friendship, kindness & patronage!

My annual Thank you Pattern~

Two new stockings again this year! Two is twice the fun~

It seemed perfect to have a polar bear stocking to match my

'Polar Bear Pine' punch needle and rug hooking patterns.

I love owl silhouettes, hear their song.

When the leaves have cleared they're much easier to locate in the landscape.

Right click on the pattern pages below and save to your computer.
Print at 100% or actual size... they will match previous years.
You're welcome to make the design in your favorite medium.
Personal use only, please.

The two photographs below are from our first snowfall~

Tufts of snow held gently by dried flowers, twigs and branches.

Inspiring the details around the bottom of the fencepost.

Wishing you a joyful season, Friends!
You're treasured and I appreciate each of you~

Twins are expected!

My dad had twins as siblings~
My mom had twins as siblings~
I was so very grateful to have one baby at a time!

(Dress is Carter's baby & the little boys onesie is by Oshkosh)
I added the little illustrations to match their nursery themes~

One of my sweetest cousins is expecting fraternal twins!
Girl and a boy!

They were showered with treasures and so very deserving!
The sweetest of families~

These little outfits will only fit them for a short time~
They will forever fit their favorite teddy bears!

When I saw that they had white Onesies on their gift registry
I knew could have some fun with them!
There is an owl tucked in her collection &
I kept most of his illustrations nautical themed.

They can wear them...
Have them made into their first T-Shirt quilt...
Keep them for always~

I cut some of my Finch & Friends flannel fabric in pink for her!
(Red Rooster Fabrics)
Blue in the same two patterns for the little fella~

The twins have a large & beautiful family & the most amazing friends.
Oodles of loving arms just waiting to hold them!

Precious little hearts~

Hope your week is off to a great start, Friends!

Punch needle owl~ 'Starry Night'

"Starry Night Owl" is nearly finished!
Just need to add color to my three oak leaves~

Hope your day is filled with sunshine & happiness!

Punch needle owl~

Hope you have been having a wonderful summer so far, Friends!
We have had more rain than usual so the mosquitoes are fierce.
Instead of pulling weeds after work and itching bites
for the remainder of the evening
I have started to catch up on projects I had started.

My little owl friend has been very patient...
Waiting for wings and feathers~

Some projects get pushed aside for months & I lose interest.
This one was easy to pick up and start on again!
I think I heard our little friend sigh with relief (giggle)

Wishing you sunny days and wonderful memories~

Americana Owls~

We have had a cool and rainy start to our summer~
The weeds are dancing in the gardens & mosquitoes are viscous.
So I stitch!
Little breaks from painting...

I made a Sweet 16 collection of Americana owls~
When the last one had its beak I think they broke out in patriotic song!
Hand sewn bodies from tea stained muslin and dressed with
vintage fabrics and trims that I have been gathering for years.

They all have big hearts... some show it on the outside~

Stars & stripes...

Ruffles and florals~

This little hat was fun!
Shabby little friends~
Rough edges to look like ruffled feathers...

The choir of owls... can you hear them singing?
Wishing you a wonderful day!

Winter Watercolors~

Hope your Thanksgiving Holiday has been filled
with wonderful memories~

Walnut ink and watercolor play...
In between special orders, holiday cooking and dressing the house!

Winter friends that have disappeared from our lawn for now...
We are enjoying a warm and sunny day!

Not a creature was stirring...

Meadows filled with joyful conversations~

We woke to a blanket of wet snow Thanksgiving morning...
Every tree was dressed in white~
The gardens coated with shimmering layers!
While the pies were baking I sketched Queen Anne's Lace~

Wishing you a joy-filled week, Sweet Friends!

Tiny, fluffy... feathers~

Long, cold winter days...
My heart anticipates Springtime!

With heavy socks, slippers, fuzzy layers...
Two plush throws~ I am warming up from cleaning the driveway.
Again.

Spring is nearing... these little loves have promised!

Sharing a little love...

They're looking forward to the warm sunshine on their shoulders...
Green grass to hop on...
Feathered companions traveling from miles away~

So am I~
Hope you have a cozy weekend, Sweet Friends!
